This day felt like the last day of summer. It was the end of August and after a couple of very hot summer months, the weather felt like it was starting to take a turn. The morning and night air was getting crisper, and days of rain here and there weren’t unusual anymore. It was the perfect day for this Victoria engagement session.

Tiffany grew up here in Victoria. She’s moved away a couple of times, which is actually how she met Kenny, but she always came back to her hometown- and brought Kenny back with her 🙂 She told me, although she loves the outdoors and going camping, etc. she also loves the city. She loves the hustle and bustle, the energy at night of everyone going out downtown, and especially loves how the lights at night light up the city.

In Victoria, when you cross the bridge downtown, you get an awesome view of the city from all directions. I thought it would be the perfect spot for Tiffany and Kenny’s Victoria engagement session to honour Tiffany’s love of her hometown, not just for the lights, but for it’s natural beauty as well. We started with a celebratory picnic on the water and then took a walk to take in the city views.

I’m so excited for Tiffany and Kenny’s wedding coming up in just one month!
